About the role
As part of our global expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated personnel with 7 to 10 years of experience in the Payments / Fintech industry to kick start our US operations. The ideal candidate will pioneer and lead our US operations.
Responsibilities
• Begin Triple-A US operations from scratch and optionally Latam
• Design strategy and set goals for growth
• Set policies and processes
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements:
• Entrepreneur minded
• Knowledge of payment
• Knowledge of the regulation framework in the US
• Ideally based in Miami
• Exposure with international companies (i.e. non US headquartered companies)
• Convinced that crypto will change the payment world
• Good knowledge of different business functions
• Ability to travel internationally (US, Latam & beyond)
• Language skills: full working proficiency in English is required, and other languages (e.g. Spanish) are highly welcomed.
