Can I refund a client? How can I refund a customer?
Refund can be requested on the TripleA dashboard.
If a client asks for a refund, you have the possibility to do so on the TripleA dashboard.
Proceed to the payout section and select the transaction you wish to refund. Once the pop-up appears with the transaction details, click on the Refund button.
All refunds will take one business day to be processed.
