How do I set up Two Factor Authentication (2FA) for my merchant dashboard account?

Two Factor Authentication (2FA) provides your business with an additional layer of security while using TripleA’s solutions.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on set up 2FA on your merchant account.

Step 1: Log into your dashboard with anadmin account

Log into your TripleA dashboard
Log into your TripleA merchant dashboard with your account’s email and password via https://dashboard.triple-a.io/login. Only users with admin permissions will be able to set up 2FA.


Step 2: Click on2FA Settingson the dropdown menu at the top right hand corner

Access 2FA Settings from the dropdown menu on the top right corner of the TripleA Dashboard.


Step 3: Change your 2FA settings

Select the checkboxes based on your preferences. We recommend 2FA to be set up for all actions.

By default, 2FA is switched on for all actions on your account, except for “Login to dashboard”.

Note: 2FA settings will apply to the entire merchant account. This means that all users tied to the merchant account will have these 2FA settings applied to them.


Step 4: 2FA is now set up!

Login to Dashboard: If you have selected to switch 2FA on forLogin to dashboard, all users tied to your merchant account will be prompted to fill in an OTP when they log in.
Change Bank Account: 2FA is switched on by default. Users will be prompted to fill in anOTPwhen requesting to change the bank account details.
Change Profile Details: 2FA is on by default. Users will be prompted to enter their password when editing profile details.
Change Payment Information: 2FA is on by default. Users will be prompted to enter their password when editing payment options.
Invoicing: 2FA is on by default. Users will be prompted to enter their password when using TripleA’s invoicing tool.
Manual payout: 2FA is on by default. Users will be prompted to enter their password when requesting a manual payout.
