Why did my customer’s transaction fail? (Compliance)

There are many reasons for a failed transaction. The Bitcoin received from your customer may have come from an illegitimate source. To protect our merchants from receiving illegal Bitcoin, we have the following compliance checks in place, 

• Background screening of Bitcoin source of fund before payment QR code is displayed
• Automated halting of transaction if originating Bitcoin source is deemed as illegitimate
• Second layer compliance checks by our compliance officers
